Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - FT Day, Mon-Fri

Responsibilities

• Achieve individualized treatment planning and consult with RNs and staff as needed.
• Administer medications, including IV therapy (if certified), and perform diagnostic tests according to established protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate in controlled substance counts, adhering to safety techniques, procedures, and standard precautions.
• Assist in medical or minor surgical procedures, implement nutrition and therapeutic diet plans, and document nursing encounters using SOAP charting.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions, demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment.
• Obtain and maintain CPR certification.
