Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN) - FT Nocs - No New Grads

About the Role

Marquis Companies is a growing and dynamic healthcare organization with several thousand employees across California, Oregon, and Nevada. We offer full-time, part-time, and on-call positions for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) in post-acute rehab and assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, nurse supervisor, charge nurse, or Director of Nursing Services.
• Refill and clean the stock cart.
• Administer medications in accordance with established nursing standards, policies, procedures, and state requirements.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned.
• For RNs: Direct the day-to-day functions of Nursing Assistants and meet with assigned nursing staff and support personnel to plan shifts’ services, programs, and activities.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN or LPN in the appropriate state.
• Experience in a healthcare setting working with the geriatric population is preferred but not required.
• Strong computer skills for use with our electronic medical records system.
