About the role
The Licensed Nurse Assistant at Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital Network (NRHN) supports the organization’s mission, values, and commitment to quality outcomes. They provide nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses, focusing on dignity, respect, and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care.
- Support licensed nurses in providing nursing care to clients.
- Aid in the rehabilitation process by assisting patients and their families/significant others.
- Show respect and sensitivity towards patients and their circumstances during interactions.
- Comply with hospital policies/procedures, New Hampshire State Regulations, and the Nurse Practice Act.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of a NH State approved nursing assistant course or its equivalent.
- Licensed as a nursing assistant in the State of New Hampshire.
- Certified in BLS Healthcare Provider Level CPR, trained biennially.
