About the role

Las Ventanas, a Human Good Community located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The CNA actively incorporates our “Philosophy for Person‑Directed Care.” Develops awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assists residents to maximize their independence and participation. Provides exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. Creates a safe environment in which to provide resident care. Duties and assignments may be adjusted at the discretion of the Director of Nursing and/or designee.

Responsibilities

• Develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs
• Assist residents to maximize independence and participation
• Provide exemplary care covering basic needs, activities of daily living, and recreational activities
• Create a safe environment for resident care

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in a program
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
• New graduates are welcome
