Wolfeboro Bay Center, a reputable skilled nursing facility, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA) to join our team. Schedule
Available Shifts: 3PM–11PM
- Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Friday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
Pay
Compensation: $21 – $27 per hour based on experience, plus applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation options.
Sign-on bonus: $750.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Provide comfort, safety, and emotional support to residents
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
- Assist with vital signs and basic clinical tasks as assigned
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment
- Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards
- Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
- Current LNA license in the State of New Hampshire
- Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts on an as-needed basis
