Schedule
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday — 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday — 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Pay
- Hourly rate: $21 – $27 based on experience
- Applicable shift differentials
- Full-time modified compensation options available
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Provide comfort, safety, and emotional support to residents
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
- Assist with vital signs and basic clinical tasks as assigned
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment
- Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards
- Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications
- Current LNA license in the State of New Hampshire
- Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts on an as-needed basis
