Responsibilities include: Provide direct nursing care to residentsAdminister medications and treatments according to physician ordersMonitor residents and recognize and report changes in conditionComplete accurate nursing documentationCommunicate resident needs and changes with the nursing teamFollow all state and federal regulations, facility policies, and nursing standardsCollaborate with CNAs, RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionalsAssist with care planning and discharge planningProvide compassionate care while promoting resident safety and dignity LPN Requirements Current, valid LPN license in the state of MissouriCurrent CPR/BLS certificationPrevious long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferredReliable and dependableStrong communication and teamwork skillsCommitment to providing excellent resident care Apply Today!
