About the role
Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the day shift in a skilled nursing/long‑term care facility. The position offers daily pay, strong leadership support and an overnight clinical team, opportunities for professional growth, and meaningful resident care in skilled nursing and rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care as an LPN on day shift
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
- Accurately document nursing care in the EMR
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations
- Respond to overnight clinical needs and emergencies
Requirements
- Active Missouri LPN license – required
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, or rehabilitation preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Commitment to resident‑centered care

Schedule
Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily.
