Licensed Mental Health Therapist - LCSW - LPC - LMFT

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist - LCSW - LPC - LMFT to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients to encourage trust and openness
• Diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs and circumstances
• Conduct regular patient meetings for counseling, treatment, and adjustments to care plans
• Assess patient progress on an ongoing basis for effective treatment adjustments
• Involve family members in the treatment process when appropriate to foster support
• Plan community outreach and referral activities to broaden access to mental health resources

Qualifications

• Master's Level Degree or higher in mental health or related fields
• Full, unencumbered licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist) according to office location; associate/intern level candidates will not be considered
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in diagnostic assessment and therapy services
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, though not mandatory
• Proven proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, NextGen familiarity preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work cooperatively within a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
