Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -Full-Time, Behavioral Health

About the role

Intermountain Hospital, located in Boise, provides quality psychiatric and chemical dependency services to Idaho's Treasure Valley and the western US. With 151 beds situated on 10 acres near the Sawtooth Mountains, the facility offers a safe and secure environment for addressing patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based treatment to patients in need.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Assess and document patient progress and needs.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
• Rotate shifts between 7a-7:30p and 7p-7:30am, including weekends.

Requirements

• Current nursing license to practice in Idaho (or eligibility to receive or renew).
• One year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current RN license in Idaho.
