About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally sensitive assessments and tailored outpatient therapy to diverse clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct strength-based assessments
- Develop crisis and safety plans
- Deliver individual and family therapy
- Participate in case consultations and discharge planning
- Ensure accurate documentation and billing
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care
Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Active or eligible license in Washington State
