Responsibilities

• Help clients develop strategies to manage symptoms and improve their overall well-being
• Collaborate with clients to explore personal growth and self-improvement
• Contribute to a culture of learning and professional development within the team
• Provide holistic care that considers physical, emotional, relational, and environmental factors
• Engage in ongoing education and skill-building to enhance clinical effectiveness

Requirements

• Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCMHC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in North Carolina
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a range of mental health concerns
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based care

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field (psychology, social work, counseling)
• Commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Skills

• Therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy
• Understanding of trauma-informed care and its application in clinical settings
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and their integration into clinical practice
• Effective communication and active listening skills
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse client population

Pay

$45 - $55 per hour
