About the role
LifeStance Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists to join the new West Linn, OR office serving the greater Portland area. Therapists will be part of a fast‑growing behavioral health practice, delivering high‑quality outpatient care both in‑person and via telemedicine.
Qualifications
- Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT preferred).
- Experience working with adults, children, adolescents, or across the lifespan.
- Residency within a commutable distance of the local clinic(s).

Pay
Top compensation can exceed $123,000 – $141,000 per year, with no cap. Compensation is based on productivity and includes eligibility for an annual bonus.
