About the role
LifeStance Health is actively hiring licensed mental health therapists to join our clinical team in the greater Vancouver, WA area. Responsibilities
- Provide evidenced-based, medically driven mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting
- Deliver care through a hybrid model combining telemedicine and in-person sessions
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other clinicians within a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to evidence-based treatment protocols
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed in Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Experience providing therapy to adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan
- Reside within commutable distance of local LifeStance clinic(s) in the greater Vancouver, WA area
