Licensed Mental Health Therapist

About the role

Foresight is an outpatient mental health company that offers virtual and in-person therapy. Our purpose is to increase access to high-quality mental health care. We are looking for passionate therapists to deliver therapy to the Agua Fria school district employees, both virtually and in-person.

Schedule

• Full-time: 30-35 hours per week
• Monday-Thursday between 12pm-7pm or 1pm-8pm, and 11am-6pm on Friday
• Option to work Saturday in lieu of a weekday
• Flexible hybrid schedule with 2-3 days in-office commitment

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hours)
• Manage your caseload and schedule in partnership with the school district
• Deliver therapy using modalities aligned with your strengths and client needs

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), or Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs)
• Residency in Arizona (required for hybrid roles)
• Commitment to client-centered care using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices
• Proficiency in mental health counseling practices, including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning
• Proficiency with technology, including EHR systems, Zoom, and Google Suite

Pay

Full-time: $70,000-80,000/year based on experience and desired weekly hours
