What You'll Do

  • Provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week, delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Kentucky.
  • Most clinicians see clients during weekday afternoons and evenings (2:00–9:00 PM EST), with weekend availability welcomed.
  • Create your schedule—we provide the referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing.

Your Day-to-day Includes

  • Congducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments
  • Developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
  • Providing evidence-based individual and family therapy through secure telehealth
  • Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators
  • Completing timely, accurate clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR)
  • Supporting families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care

Compensation & Benefits

  • $50 per billable hour for independently licensed clinicians
  • Monthly bonus potential based on eligible clinical and performance metrics

What We're Looking For

  • An active Kentucky independent license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a passion for serving this population
  • The ability to work independently in a virtual environment
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
  • A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care

Bilingual Clinicians
