What You'll Do
- Provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week, delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Kentucky.
- Most clinicians see clients during weekday afternoons and evenings (2:00–9:00 PM EST), with weekend availability welcomed.
- Create your schedule—we provide the referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing.
Your Day-to-day Includes
- Congducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments
- Developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Providing evidence-based individual and family therapy through secure telehealth
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators
- Completing timely, accurate clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR)
- Supporting families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care
Compensation & Benefits
- $50 per billable hour for independently licensed clinicians
- Monthly bonus potential based on eligible clinical and performance metrics

What We're Looking For
- An active Kentucky independent license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a passion for serving this population
- The ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
Bilingual Clinicians
