Responsibilities

• Conducting culturally sensitive assessments for diverse clients and families.
• Providing outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to clients' needs.
• Developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support clients' stability.
• Participating in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning to enhance care.
• Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms timely and accurately.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care.

Qualifications and skills

• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active professional license in Washington State or eligibility for licensure.
• Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Effective time management and administrative skills.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $50 to $57 per billable unit, depending on licensure and experience. We are committed to fair, equitable pay and fostering an inclusive, diverse workplace.
