About the Role
Join a mental health team as a Licensed Therapist to provide culturally sensitive assessments, outpatient individual and family therapy, and develop crisis and wellness plans. Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and deliver personalized therapy.
- Create safety and relapse prevention plans.
- Contribute to team meetings and case consultations.
- Maintain professional documentation and billing.
- Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and staff to enhance client outcomes.
Requirements
- Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Active or eligible professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
- Passion for mental health and ethical practice.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
