Licensed Mental Health Professional

Thrive Therapy is looking for a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team. The candidate must be able to work on-site and complete supervisor and clinical service hours as needed. This position is on a per-diem basis to start and will transition to a full-time, salaried position based on program growth.

Pay

• $80,000 (salaried position)
• Starting at $40/hour (per diem)

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and develop comprehensive psychosocial assessments and treatment plans
• Provide individual, caregiver, and group therapy sessions
• Provide supervision to assigned Mental Health Workers (MHW)
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records
• Participate in continuing education and professional development
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Licensed to practice within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• At least two years of experience providing mental health treatment
• Background check in accordance with state and federal regulations: State Criminal Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI Clearance
• NPI Query and current driver’s license
• Participation in and completion of all CBH mandatory in-services
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Computer proficiency and the ability to provide telehealth
