About the role

Synovation Medical Group is seeking a fully licensed, bilingual Spanish-speaking mental health professional to provide one-on-one cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to patients in our outpatient Functional Restoration Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one CBT to patients.
• Participate in the Functional Restoration Program as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and coordinate with other providers as needed.

Qualifications

• Active California license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience providing individual CBT
