About the role
This role offers the opportunity to deliver outpatient mental health services within a collaborative, community-focused organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy to assigned clients
- Cookordinate case management services
- Assist individuals in accessing wrap-around supports
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of care
- Include clinical sessions, documentation, and team consultation
Requirements
- Master's degree (completed or in progress) in a related behavioral health field
- Professional licensure: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Pay
PAY: $6,000–$7,000 per month
Schedule
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, serving clients across our offices in Alamosa, Del Norte, Center, and La Jara.
