Responsibilities
- Monitor and document patient behaviors and progress.
- Aid in the implementation of individualized treatment plans.
- Contribute to the development of additional mental health curriculums.
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions with an incarcerated population.
- Collaborate with the clinical team and multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, including discharge planning for continuity of care.
- Supervise 1-3 pre-licensed mental health clinicians via weekly supervision, consultation, and review of documentation (if licensed).
Qualifications
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of CA (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Licensed Psychologists or Pre-licensed Clinicians).
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
- Proficiency in conducting individual and group therapy sessions.
- Strong understanding of behavioral therapy principles.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Pay
$100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
