Licensed Master's Social Worker - Full Time

About the role

Seeking provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing Maryland LCSW-C licensure to provide a blend of telehealth and face-to-face mental health care. The position involves delivering evidence-based therapy to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and children.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans.
• Provide compassionate, client-centered care with a focus on measurable progress.
• Utilize telehealth technology and electronic health records effectively.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical community through supervision, case consultations, and team interactions.
• Build a full caseload with administrative support for credentialing, billing, and scheduling.

Qualifications & Skills

• Approved by the board as LMSW and seeking independent licensure in Maryland.
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program with relevant counseling experience.
• Experience treating depression and anxiety, and conducting intakes and diagnoses preferred.
• Strong communication skills, comfort with clinical technology, and a collaborative attitude.
