About the role

This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the country.
  • May be a good fit for clinicians who are: Approved by the board as a LMSWMust be seeking independent licensure and living in MarylandMust reside within 45 minutes of the office location. Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).
  • A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour programGraduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is requiredGraduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.
  • Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weeklyA behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and childrenInvested in helping your clients achieve measurable progressConfident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR toolsA good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Pay

Up to $66,700 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer-sponsored benefits.
