Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home therapy to individuals and families, creating goal‑focused, individualized service plans.
• Deliver services in various settings, including offices, communities, and client‑preferred locations.
• Collaborate with clients, multidisciplinary teams, and community partners to support client needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with agency and funding requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Relevant practicum experience and eligibility for a WI “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills.
