About the role

Hand & Stone Falls Church is expanding its team of Licensed Estheticians to serve members and valued guests. The role focuses on delivering world‑class client experiences, designing progressive treatment plans, and building lasting relationships through education and personalized skincare rituals.

Responsibilities

• Provide top‑level esthetic services and a world‑class client experience.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including home‑care regimens, tailored to each client’s skincare goals.
• Maintain a friendly, helpful attitude to create an excellent experience for guests.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands‑on training, workshops, and webinars.

Requirements

• Active Esthetician license in the state of employment.
• Esthetician liability insurance.
• Adherence to state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Compensation

Salary range: $35,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year.
