Responsibilities
- Perform precision cuts, fades, color services, and personalized consultations
- Execute advanced techniques such as highlights, balayage, texture services, and finishing
- Build and maintain a loyal client book
- Provide excellent guest service and consultations
- Step into leadership or education roles when opportunities arise
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific)
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
- Strong technical skills in precision cuts, fades, color services, and personalized consultations
- Experience with advanced techniques such as highlights, balayage, texture services, and finishing
- Professionalism, confidence, and the ability to thrive with minimal guidance

Pay
- Top Stylists earn $45/hr to $88+/hr
- $100k+ is within reach for Master Stylists
- Earnings based on performance through service and retail commissions and tips
