Hand & Stone Round Rock provides the clientele, marketing, supplies, linens, scheduling support, and professional environment so licensed massage therapists can focus on what they do best: helping people feel better.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, customized massage sessions based on each client's goals and needs.
• Recommend appropriate massage techniques, enhancements, and treatment plans.
• Build strong relationships that encourage clients to return regularly.
• Maintain accurate client notes and professional standards.
• Keep your treatment room clean, organized, and ready for each guest.
• Work alongside our front desk and leadership teams to create an outstanding client experience.

Requirements

• Active Texas Massage Therapist License.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Strong communication and client-care skills.
• Knowledge of Swedish massage.
• Deep Tissue and other modalities are a plus — but we'll help you learn.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• A professional, dependable therapist who genuinely believes in the benefits of massage and bodywork.

Qualifications

• Already working somewhere else? That's okay. We're open to experienced therapists looking to add shifts, grow their clientele, or find a spa where they can build a longer-term career.
