About the Role

Riverside Home Care is an independently owned and operated non-medical home care agency seeking compassionate, dependable Care Professionals to provide high-quality care to senior clients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Escort clients to appointments and errands
• Report changes in condition to supervisors
• Complete accurate visit documentation
• Provide mentorship and training to other care professionals
• Complete supervisory visits and assessments

Qualifications

• Compassionate and reliable individuals
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow outlined care plans
• Professional and punctual
• Experience preferred, but not required
