Licensed Massage Therapist

Responsibilities

• Maintain proficiency in performing various spa treatments such as Custom Fit, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stones, Scrubs, Wraps, etc.
• Be punctual and responsive during shifts and appointments.
• Provide consistent and professional massage and body treatments following spa protocols and certification practices.
• Inform and educate guests about wellness concerns related to their treatments.
• Adapt to flexible schedules to support spa needs.
• Care for equipment and manage product usage to ensure cost control.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of all spa services and products.
• Comply with sanitation and sterilization standards as per law and spa policies.
• Perform necessary prep work, clean, and restock rooms as required.
• Communicate any issues involving staff or guests to management.
• Promote the spa, treatments, services, and retail offerings.
• Handle guests' inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to guest requests.
• Work independently and maintain a positive attitude.
• Participate in spa training and staff meetings.
• Assist in all areas of spa operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Show enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills.
• Enjoy working with people and have a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Have strong communication and listening skills, along with basic computer knowledge.
• Be a team player.
• Hold and maintain a current state massage therapy license.
