About the Role

We're looking for a passionate, professional, and licensed massage therapist to join our high-vibe, high-traffic boutique wellness destination in Rancho Santa Margarita. At The NOW, we focus on helping people recharge, restore, and feel their best in a calming, elevated environment. We offer a supportive, positive culture where therapists feel valued and set up for success.

Responsibilities

• Share the healing power of touch to inspire and transform through massage therapy.
• Provide therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities (Prenatal, Stretching Techniques, etc.).
• Maintain service room to standards (all supplies are provided).

Requirements

• Valid California Massage Therapy License.
• Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday + Sunday preferred).
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Desire to be part of a collaborative, guest-focused team.

We will consider qualified candidates beginning their careers in massage therapy who possess the right qualities and demonstrate an innate talent for and understanding of therapeutic massage.
