About the Role
We are growing rapidly and we are seeking salon and spa professionals to grow with us and help enrich the lives of the seniors we serve throughout our communities by offering exceptional massage therapy services to residents, family members, and employees of the community.
Responsibilities
- Offer a variety of massage services including Swedish, reflexology, shiatsu, and geriatric massage.
- Ensure clients feel comfortable and encourage them to return for additional treatment.
- Provide hair/nail/skin/massage services.
- Show good communication skills.
- Show compassion and care.
- Experience working with seniors is a plus.
Requirements
- Active State License (must be licensed in each field of practice).
- Minimum 3 years of experience is preferred but not required.
- Must complete the required CARES certification (if applicable).
- Must demonstrate successful adherence to RSS paperwork protocols.
- Must effectively utilize RSS systems.
- Must remain in good standing and continue to meet all RSS performance expectations, policies, and protocols.

Benefits
Bonus Amount and Payment Schedule: The Employee will be eligible to receive a total sign-on bonus of $1,000, to be paid in installments as follows:
- 25% ($250) after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period.
- 25% ($250) after completion of 6 months of employment with RSS.
- 50% ($500) after completion of 1 year of employment with RSS.
To qualify, the Employee must:
- Complete the required CARES certification (if applicable).
- Demonstrate successful adherence to RSS paperwork protocols.
- Effectively utilize RSS systems.
If the Employee is not in good standing, voluntarily resigns, or is terminated prior to completing one year of employment, RSS reserves the right to withhold unpaid bonus installments.
