Welcome to MEND. Our Brookfield location is busy and growing fast, with a current client waitlist. We are specifically looking for a deep tissue therapist with evening availability who loves therapeutic work and confident pressure. Pay & benefits

• $30–$40/hour hands-on pay + tips
• $45–$60/hour for Buccal or Lymphatic certified therapists

Requirements

• Wisconsin Massage Therapy License
• Strong communication and client care
• Deep tissue and therapeutic skills preferred
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Desire to grow and continue learning
• Someone who wants to build relationships with clients — not just rush through sessions
• 6 months of experience preferred, but not required for the right fit

Responsibilities

• Customize massage treatments to client needs
• Perform thorough intakes and treatment planning
• Educate clients on recovery and wellness
• Maintain clean and professional treatment spaces
• Deliver a five-star client experience every session
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive environment

Full-time and part-time positions available. In-person work location. Evening availability specifically needed.
