About the role

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for massage therapists to join a network of over 600 locations. You bring the hands; we provide the clients, supplies, treatment rooms, and paycheck. Our goal is simple: be the best hour of our client’s month.

Pay

$20/hr guaranteed, whether your book is full or not. We guarantee:

• 35 hours/week with 25 hours paid at $20/hr
• 40 hours/week with 30 hours paid at $20/hr

Additional compensation ranges from $22.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance.

Requirements

• Active state massage therapy license
• Massage liability insurance
• A drive to build long‑term client relationships and deliver real results

Schedule

Flexible, high‑volume shifts with guaranteed weekly hours as outlined above. You work the schedule we set, with the option for full‑time or part‑time arrangements.
