Responsibilities

• Customize treatment plans based on individual clients
• Create an experience of peace and relaxation for members, guests, and other spa professionals through a friendly and helpful approach
• Generate return clientele by excellent service and suggesting memberships as part of a treatment plan
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas within the spa

Requirements

• Active NC Massage Therapist License
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff
• Expert skill in Swedish Massage
• Interest in hot and salt stone massage, cupping, Theragun, and use of CBD
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Oncology, and Deep Tissue) – Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to team members
• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork
