- Ohio-issued Massage Therapist License (LMT) or proof of license application
- Knowledge and understanding of Swedish massage (other modalities/certifications a plus)
- Must carry professional liability insurance
- Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work with others towards a common goal
- Regularly perform consecutive 50 and 80 minute massages
- Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health benefits of massage therapy
- Make appropriate recommendations on service enhancements and frequency
- Familiarize and perform Hand and Stone signature services
- Maintain detailed treatment records for all clients
- Actively connect with customers and the community to build a solid book of clients and members
- Listen and adapt to client feedback
- Maintain a professional, clean work environment and appearance
- Contribute to the betterment of yourself as a practitioner, the spa family, and the community as a whole
- Participate in daily, weekly, monthly, and annual spa challenges to earn incentives, bonuses, and perks
