About the role

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise specializing in massage, facials, and hair removal services. At the Lehi Traverse Mountain location, therapists focus on transforming lives through massage and healing, providing pain relief or relaxation, and fostering a diverse, inclusive, family‑like team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Design specific treatment plans based on each client’s individual needs.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Requirements

• Adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
• Carry liability insurance.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Knowledge of Swedish massage (required).
• Knowledge of other modalities (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre‑natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue) preferred; training provided.
• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.

Pay

$35.00 per hour.
