Role and Responsibilities

• Hold an active LMT Colorado license in good standing.
• Carry massage therapy liability insurance.
• Develop customized treatment plans based on individual client needs to deliver quality results.
• Create an exceptional healing experience for each member/guest through routine visits and long-term treatment plans.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Compensation

Average daily earnings for therapists range from $270 to $315, broken down as follows:

• Average commission per service: $26.50
• Hot Stone, Himalayan Salt Stone, or CBD enhancement: $9
• Average tip: $20 (based on 6 services per day)
