About the role
Hand & Stone Clarksville is seeking licensed massage therapists to join our team. We handle booking, linens, and laundry so you can focus on your clients. You will work with a built membership book, not an empty room.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage therapy services to clients
- Deliver quality service to members and guests
Requirements
- Active Maryland LMT (verified on the Board portal)
- Liability insurance
- Weekend availability required
Qualifications
- Maryland LMT required—we cannot hire on a VA, DC, or PA license

Pay
$45–$65 per service (base + tips + enhancements). Base starts at $25 per service, plus typical tips of $20–$25, plus extra for enhancements.
Schedule
Full-time and part-time positions available. Open Monday–Saturday 9am–9pm, Sunday 10am–6pm. Weekend availability needed.
