Licensed Massage Therapist

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Omaha is locally and family owned, and we work to take the best care of both our clients and our team. As a Massage Therapist, you are the backbone of the industry. You create a haven for personal healing, growth, and discovery. You want to open peoples’ eyes to the true healing power of a great massage. You’re looking for an employer to take care of you the way you take care of your clients. Whether a guest comes in for pain relief or just needs a day to relax, we want everyone to leave our Spa feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Responsibilities

• Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Requirements

• Passion for healing, helping, and taking care of clients.
• Active Nebraska Massage license.
• Prior knowledge/experience of Swedish massage.
• Great communication skills and ability to connect well with staff and clients.

Skills

• Knowledge of other modalities (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue) preferred but not required.
• Understanding and belief in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.

Pay

• Pay range: up to $70,000 per year (base service commission, upgrade commission, 100% of tips, and bonuses available).
• Variable pay model: earn competitive base commission per service, plus earning potential through specialty modalities, upgrades, and add‑on services.
• 100% of tips passed to therapists.
