About the role

Join our family-owned Hand and Stone franchise in the Fort Mill/Indian Land area, about 30 minutes southwest of Charlotte. As both an owner and massage therapist, Abbey understands the industry and the needs of massage therapists, ensuring Hand and Stone Indian Land takes care of its therapists so you can focus on clients.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote health and wellness.
• Treat clients in a professional, caring, and respectful manner.
• Provide clients with guidance and information about the benefits of massage as an integral part of their overall health and wellness.
• Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to each client.
• Maintain treatment records that are recorded in a timely and detailed manner.

Requirements

• Comply with local and South Carolina massage licensing laws and regulations.
• Able to participate in a team and goal-driven environment.
• High degree of reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Able to work flexible days and hours.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a clean work environment.
• Possess or willing to obtain a Massage Therapist license for the state of South Carolina.

Pay

• Full-Time LMTs: $45,000 to $85,000 (20 to 40 services per week including tip)
• Part-Time LMTs: $20,000 to $45,000 (10 to 20 services per week including tip)
