Join our family-owned Hand and Stone franchise location in Fort Mill/Indian Land, just 30 minutes southwest of Charlotte. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you’ll work in a professional, family-oriented environment backed by the national brand support of Hand and Stone—a leader in the wellness industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, caring, and respectful massage treatments to clients
• Promote health and wellness by educating clients on the benefits of massage
• Develop and propose personalized treatment plans for each client
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records

Requirements

• Comply with South Carolina massage licensing laws and regulations
• Ability to work in a team-driven, goal-oriented environment
• High reliability and strong work ethic
• Flexible availability for days and hours
• Professional appearance and clean work environment
• Possess or obtain a South Carolina Massage Therapist license

Pay

• Full-Time LMTs: $45,000 to $70,000 annually (20 to 35 services per week, including tips)
• Part-Time LMTs: $20,000 to $45,000 annually (10 to 20 services per week, including tips)
