About the role
Our Hand and Stone Massage and Facial franchised spa in Mullica Hill, NJ wants to give massage therapists a healthy and healing environment to explore whichever modalities call to you.
Responsibilities
- Pamper professionals with a flexible set schedule
- Create a professional and safe work environment
- Provide all supplies needed for a professional massage experience
- Offer employee discounts and referral bonuses

- Receive continuing education credits
- Customize wellness plans for individual clients
- Facilitate a peaceful and relaxing experience for members/guests/other spa professionals
- Build rapport and generate return clientele through referrals and memberships
- Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas within the spa
Requirements
- Adhere to all massage therapy state licensing laws and regulations
- Carry massage liability insurance
- Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage is required
- Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue)
- Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork
