Responsibilities

• Perform customized massage sessions based on client needs and wellness goals
• Recommend treatment plans that support long-term results
• Create memorable experiences that encourage guest retention and referrals
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professional standards
• Educate guests about available services and enhancements that may benefit their treatment goals

Requirements

• Active New Jersey Massage Therapy License
• Current professional liability insurance
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage (required)
• Additional modalities such as Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, or Reiki (a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for helping people feel their best through therapeutic massage
