Licensed Massage Therapist

About the role

Join Arbor Day Farm as a Massage Therapist and help create meaningful guest experiences while advancing the Arbor Day Foundation’s mission. You’ll report to the Spa Supervisor and collaborate with leaders and team members across the property, including Reservations and Front Desk. We believe in servant leadership, open communication, and growing talent from within.

Schedule

Friday–Sunday; schedule based on appointments.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized massage therapy sessions with safe, professional, and therapeutic quality of touch, flow, pressure, and draping.
• Engage with guests from arrival through their experience to ensure their needs are met.
• Handle varied daily tasks and details that support spa operations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and representation of Lied Lodge.
• Contribute to a culture of kindness, collaboration, and excellence.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in massage therapy.
• Licensed to practice Massage Therapy in the State of Nebraska.
• Knowledge of a variety of massage techniques and wellness practices.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak business periods as needed.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to high standards and continuous learning and growth.
