About the role
Therapists are a critical part of our clinician team. We are seeking fully licensed therapists in Washington State who are experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations, and individual and/or couples therapy.
We are actively looking to hire talented Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Washington who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral healthcare services in an outpatient setting, both in-person and via telemedicine.
- Deliver evidenced-based, medically driven treatment for children, adolescents, and adults.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Utilize data to tailor services and improve patient outcomes.
- Empower patients through education, support, and best practices in integrated care.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Washington State as one of the following:
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Experience with individual and/or couples therapy.

Pay
Compensation range of $90,000–$115,000.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday (weekends optional).
