About the role
We are looking for full-time Licensed Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program.

- Monday - Friday schedule; no weekends
- Shift options: 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, or 11am-8pm ET

Requirements
- Master's level degree and licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (no employer sponsorship provided now or in the future; temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses are not supported at this time)
- Private, HIPAA-compliant work-from-home space
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred; other languages a plus
We partner with commercial health plans and are a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider, serving patients across the lifespan.
Skills
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning
- Comfortable using technology, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
Pay
$76,000 - $84,000 base salary
