Responsibilities

• Manage practice operations using built-in EHR features, including scheduling, documentation, and secure messaging.
• Ensure compliance with regulations through audit support and ongoing resources.
• Verify insurance coverage and facilitate client access to care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's level or higher licensure as an LMFT, LMFTS, or LCMFT (state-dependent).
• Valid NPI number and malpractice insurance.
• Ready to take insurance and grow a private practice.
