Licensed Therapist/Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, social learning theory).
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation and maintain client EMR files.
• Perform clinical assessments, evaluations, and crisis interventions as needed.
• Connect clients with community resources and support systems.

Work Schedule

Full-time (site-based/hybrid remote). Standard shifts with some Sunday requirements. No on-call or night shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a mental health or addictions field.
• Active New Jersey license (LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, CADC, or LCADC required).
• New graduates are welcome to apply; 1+ years of experience with addictive behaviors and co-occurring disorders is preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, clinical assessments, and group dynamics.
