Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Therapist

About the role

We're looking for someone with 1-5 years of experience as a Licensed Psychologist, Mental Health Therapist, Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist who can provide compassionate and effective psychotherapy services. The ideal candidate will integrate Christian faith and practice into their therapeutic approach while utilizing evidence-based interventions. This role requires someone who is comfortable working with rural clients and can respond effectively during crisis situations. You'll be expected to maintain the highest ethical standards while providing empathetic care to a rural population.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy services that integrate Christian faith principles with evidence-based interventions
• Respond to and manage crisis situations with appropriate intervention techniques
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients in rural settings

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a mental health professional (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent)
• Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries while demonstrating compassion
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and supervision
